Gratitude HQ is a coaching, consulting, and speaking business owned and operated by Wendy Hoerl in Kansas City, Missouri. In this policy, “Gratitude HQ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Gratitude HQ, and “website” means gratitudehq.com.

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, book a call, or apply for a program
• Your organization, role, and event or project details when you contact us about a keynote or the Gratitude Advantage Assessment
• Messages and answers you share with us through forms, email, or text
• Billing details when you purchase a program or pay an invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools to collect information such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. See our Cookie Policy for details.

• To respond to your questions and schedule calls
• To deliver coaching, programs, keynotes, and the Gratitude Advantage Assessment

Emails

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages about a program or purchase you’re part of.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about appointments, programs, and updates from Gratitude HQ. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• FEA Create: our website, forms, scheduling, email, text messaging, invoicing, and contact records
• Stripe and PayPal: payment processing
• Google Analytics: website statistics
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measuring and improving our advertising
• Zoom: virtual coaching sessions and group program calls
• Cloudflare: website security and performance

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Gratitude HQ, our clients, or others.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you
• Unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts
• Manage cookies in your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy
