Payment + Refund Policy

Program Details
The GEM Advantage is a 9-week coaching experience that includes:

-Weekly live Zoom sessions. Replays emailed to paid participants within 24 hours.

-Weekly guides, worksheets and/or application tasks

-A private Facebook group for announcements + discussion

-Three (3) Zoom office hours for direct coaching support from Wendy during the 9 weeks

Payment Options
Participants may pay in full or choose the payment plan. By selecting a payment plan, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Automatic Payments + Failed Payments

Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. If a payment fails, the participant will have 72 hours to update the payment method. If payment is not resolved after 72 hours, participant's access (Zoom links, replays, guides, office hours, and group access) may be paused until successful payment in-full has been made.

Payment Plans
The payment plan option is a commitment to the full and complete program cost; paid in monthly installments. GEM Advantage is not a month-to-month membership.

Early Bird Pricing
Early bird pricing is a limited-time, promotional offer. Once the early bird promotional period ends, the program price increases and the early bird discount cannot be retroactively applied.

Refund Policy
Because the GEM Advantage provides access to program materials, group community, and coaching support across a structured 9-week experience, the following policy applies: Prior to the program's official start date, paid members may request a refund up to 7 days after purchase as long as it is still before the official start date. On or after the official start date, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, missed calls, non-attendance, or choosing not to complete the program.

Replays and Materials
Access to replays and guides is part of program enrollment. Not watching replays or not using materials does not qualify for a refund.

Transfers

Enrollment is intended for enrollee and may not be transferred to another person without written approval. If a transfer request is submitted to [email protected] and is approved, a $50 USD transfer fee may apply and the new participant must agree to all program policies.

Chargebacks
If you have a payment issue, email us immediately at [email protected]. We will help. If a chargeback is initiated instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke access immediately.
